We offer a 21-day return policy, in cases where items are damaged or not as
described.
Because our supplements are consumable products, we are unable to accept returns of
opened items for safety reasons. To be eligible, you must request a return within 21
days of receiving your item and meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Items
You can return items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from
what was ordered.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with the remaining
product unopened and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or
order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened orders
- Items purchased on sale
Starting A Return
To start a return, email us at hello@illuminevitamins.com with your order details (order
number and full name as per order), a brief description of the issue and photo.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Because our supplements are consumable products, we do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15
business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
